Bathroom Remodel
In the slideshow below you will see how Steve took this bathroom from dated and old looking to modern and fabulous! He replaced the ceramic tile on the walls and floors with tumbled travertine. The old formica cabinet was replaced with a solid wood stained cabinet. Rather than replacing the tub, the owner chose to have it repainted with an approved spray enamel coating. The old yellow porcelain sink was replaced with a modern bowl sink. And the formica countertop was replaced with Italian marble. This bathroom went from yellow to spa-like in about three weeks!
Boat Building
One of the projects Steve has been working on is a lifelong dream to build a boat. He bought plans online and started from nothing. In just over a year Steve has an almost completed boat! The post below this is a slideshow of the boat's progress up to the current state. This just shows another level of his experience and expertise.

Kitchen Remodel and Addition - 1996-1997
In 1996 and 1997 I did a complete kitchen remodel as well as adding a new room onto our house in Tampa, Florida. This is the "before" of the kitchen...This is just an example of the quality of work Steve does and of his experience. Steve is NOT licensed to do this extensive of a remodel in YOUR home. Permits are required to do this type of remodel which can be done by the personal homeowner but not by Steve. However, Steve wanted to use these pictures to show the quality and extensiveness of his abilities.
This picture is dark because the house was dark.
And here's the kitchen after. Notice how taking out the half wall opened up the room and created a lot more light! Opening the window and making it an entranceway to the added-on Family Room also helped create more light in the Kitchen and Living Room.
I also turned the Florida Room into a Master Bedroom... This is the only picture I have of the finished project, but I added a full bathroom as well...
And finally, I turned the kitchen window into a door which entered into a family room addition... This is how the house looked from the outside.
