High in the Four Seasons Hotel

Recently I was lucky enough to work on one of the highest floors in the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Miami.  This job was in one of  the residential units.  Sometimes it's a tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.

Bathroom Remodel

In the slideshow below you will see how Steve took this bathroom from dated and old looking to modern and fabulous!  He replaced the ceramic tile on the walls and floors with tumbled travertine.  The old formica cabinet was replaced with a solid wood stained cabinet.  Rather than replacing the tub, the owner chose to have it repainted with an approved spray enamel coating.  The old yellow porcelain sink was replaced with a modern bowl sink.  And the formica countertop was replaced with Italian marble.  This bathroom went from yellow to spa-like in about three weeks!

Boat Building

One of the projects Steve has been working on is a lifelong dream to build a boat.  He bought plans online and started from nothing.  In just over a year Steve has an almost completed boat!  The post below this is a slideshow of the boat's progress up to the current state.  This just shows another level of his experience and expertise.
